I currently teach Computer Programming at Clearfield High School.I completed a degree in computer science at Brigham Young University in April 2016, where I had the opportunity to work as a teaching assistant for both the beginning and advanced programming courses.I was an intern at Hughes Network Systems in the summer of 2014 where I implemented the client side of an LMS (learning management system) with HTML5 and AngularJs.The following Summer I was an Intern at FamilySearch where I wrote several data parsers and created some endpoints for a new feature of the website.I have written many programs and applications in my spare time, beginning with java replicas of classic games like minesweeper and Pokemon and eventually moving on to more useful things like web applications for my housing community.More recently (2018) I have become very interested in machine learning and have been developing a way to automatically colorize grayscale images.
