The product is a chocolate able to take high heat (over 70ºC) without melting. •Developed recipes for a range of ‘sugar free / no artificial-sweeteners’ raw chocolates and fruit fillings using only liquid natural sweeteners.•Saved up to 50% in some of the ingredients cost by sourcing new suppliers and developing our own recipes for some of the product components.•Reduced the packaging stocks by thinking outside the square and creating more flexible ways of packing or developing technologies that lead to flexible use of packaging.
