Interpreting and writing guidance on new options for the forthcoming Defra Environmental Land Management scheme in 2024.

Responsible for delivering advice and training to the farming community in the Broadland Rivers catchment, Norfolk to help reduce agricultural diffuse water pollution. Encouraging behavioural change and changes in practices by engaging and offering continual support to farmers through workshops, seminars, farm demonstrations and undertaking one to one farm visits.Building close working relations with partners such as the Environmental Agency, Broads Authority and the RSPB to share expertise and deliver advice on water quality issues, Promoting agri-environment schemes and other incentives and assisting stakeholders with CSF Capital Grant applications. Contributing to the River Basin Management Plan consultation and Diffuse Water Pollution Plan review.

Worked in a small self supervised team on a 24hr shift basis. Trained in performing and monitoring chemical reaction processes in accordance with pharmaceutical process instructions. Experience in administrative duties, auditing pharmaceutical records and completing quality, safety and waste audits. Trained in good manufacturing practice as required by regulative authorities such as the FDA. Experienced in validation and commissioning projects.
