As International Manager at Brockenhurst College, one of the leading publicly-funded colleges in the UK, my role is to drive the development of the College's international strategy. My primary focus is on direct student recruitment from key markets, from the Far East to South America. Development and maintenance of agent relationships, direct student contact through education fairs and other promotional events are all key aspects of this role. I have an in-depth knowledge of the nuances of different international student markets and am experienced at developing targeted promotional marketing material in various formats. Vast experience of human resource issues, including performance appraisals, annual leave approval and enforcement of sickness absence policy.Also experienced in managing out-of-office workers, where a keen appreciation of health and safety issues was paramount.Several years experience in training instructor role, preparing, delivering and evaluating courses to trainees of all levels. Highly-developed communications and report writing skills.
