My first year with the CBA was spent at Chirnside Park Branch, Vic. where I gained a thorough understanding of the Bank’s consumer products, systems, procedures and protocols.From October 1997 to June 1998 I was a Lending Specialist (AMA) at the Lilydale Commercial Business Centre, Vic. where I had my own lending portfolio and PCAA.In June 1998 the Lending Centre was transferred to the Ringwood Business Banking Centre where I maintained my own lending Portfolio and PCAA, I was promoted to an AMB in 2000.In January 2002 I was appointed to the role of Assistant Manager Arrears (AMB) at the Ringwood Business Banking Centre and assisted in the setting up of the new Arrears Management Team (AMT) which was the pilot for Victoria.In August 2003 I was appointed to the role as Co-Manager Arrears (AMC) at the newly formed Business Banking Centre in Fairfield, Vic.My position was later upgraded to an AMD in October 2003.In July 2004 I was transferred to Ormond BBC, Vic. as an AMT Manager (AMD with a PCAA of $1.2M) as part of the new BB/PBS restructure.In October 2004 I was appointed to the role as a Risk Associate (AMD with a PCAA of $1M) at the Business Banking Centre in Fairfield, Vic. Due to Risk no longer being at Fairfield I was transferred to the Risk Team at the Ringwood Business Banking Centre, Vic. in November 2005. (My PCAA was later increased to $1.5M in February 2006). In November 2006 I was appointed as the Verification Coach as part of the new BLS Fulfilment Process that was being set up/established in Melbourne, Vic. I then became the Senior Verification Coach of the Verification & Validation Team in BLS Melbourne holding an FAA of $10m.As of 30/09/2013 I transferred to the CBA's Commercial Business Banking Centre in Doncaster, Vic. taking on the role of a Local Business Banking Analyst.I am still currently an LBB Analyst but now based in Box Hill where we moved office to on 31/08/2015.

All aspects of Branch Banking, Retail/Consumer & Business Lending dealt with/covered.My final posting was as a Lending Manager at their Lilydale Lending Centre, Vic.I controlled, maintained & grew a Commercial Lending Portfolio which included client interviews, visitations & cross selling of the Bank's products.
