As Head of Data and Reporting, I lead a team focused on turning raw data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making across the organisation. I oversee the design and implementation of advanced analytics, data visualisation, and reporting frameworks to ensure data is delivered accurately, on time and in a way that has a real impact.In this role, I’ve successfully implemented a full ETL process using Python and SQL to standardise, clean and load data into an Azure SQL database. This data is then visualised through bespoke Power BI dashboards, which are used by clients for both internal and external presentations.

After consulting to develop business processes, I moved into a full-time role leading the reporting and data analytics department. In this role, I worked closely with Litigation Funders and law firms to design and implement reporting functions that aligned with contract requirements. I used my experience in data analytics and process optimisation to ensure seamless reporting between stakeholders, helping to support key business objectives. One of my key achievements was standardising the reporting suite from multiple law firms, which reduced report generation time, allowing stakeholders to make quicker, informed business descisions. This role further strengthened my ability to deliver data-driven solutions in complex legal and financial environments.

As part of the original team that set up and managed a global financial claims process for mis-sold banking products, I played a key role in helping the business achieve six and seven-figure annual turnovers. I successfully identified new areas for growth and developed a robust business structure that ensured both profitability and efficiency. Specifically the set up and management of a claims process for expats and Spanish nationals, targeting multiple Spanish banking institutions.My responsibilities covered lead generation, sales, customer service, billing and invoicing, team management, and project management. I implemented a work-from-home process during the pandemic, ensuring the business continued to run smoothly and that remote teams worked together effectively. Additionally, I have extensive experience liaising with third parties worldwide and delivering detailed reporting at the director level.
