Managing the installations of sold PV systems for individual customers. Five to ten new installations per week. The role is divided between preparing installations and troubleshooting when things go wrong on location or afterwards.

Qualifying leads, with the criteria of suitability of roofs for PV installations, and commercial viability (readiness to buy). This is achieved using satellite imagery and by talking to potential customers on the phone.

Working in sales support within the business to business department. Creating tenders, evaluating signed contracts for (legal and administrative) correctness. Other tasks include contract breach, quality control and the training of new employees. Directing an outsourcing team in Manila, Philippines. This includes making procedural decisions, advising individual cases and writing work instructions.
