I provide support for the company’s customer facing web and mobile applications, consisting of multi-tiered Windows and Linux environments. I am responsible for the maintenance and support of servers and environments that are used throughout the application lifecycle. I manage, upgrade, and provide technical support to TFS/Azure Devops Server, Octopus, Chef, and TeamCity.My responsibilities include: - Provision, maintain, upgrade, and support the infrastructure hosting web and mobile applications in Windows and Linux environments.- Development of automated infrastructure and deployment of code with tools such as Chef, Git, Octopus, and Team Foundation Server to support DevOps lifecycle.- Develop Chef Scripts to automate server configuration.- Support developers with code deployments and troubleshoot when needed- Providing engineer support to developers and SQAs as needed through multiple environments (Redhat, Windows Server, Pivotal Cloud Foundry)- Monitoring and logging of Server Infrastructure\Web Apps through software such as AppDynamics and Splunk.- Architected and Maintain MongoDB Replica Set for both session-data and Web Authentication.- Participate in On-Call Rotation.

Provides analytical/technical support for the Premier HealthNet (PHN) computing environment including, but not limited to, workstations, servers, peripherals and applications. Also provides assistance with the network infrastructure including LAN/WAN design, support and troubleshooting. Assists in providing training related to the computing environment. Creates/maintains documentation on all aspects involved with the position. Functions as backup for Network Analyst and System Support Analysts.

Provided support for applications, as well as support of communications on Local Area Network (LAN) / Wide Area Network (WAN) and remote connectivity. Participated in Information Technology (IT) projects as a highly organized and technical member of a team, providing assistance on network, PC, and application issues and needs. Notable projects include: Image creation for thin clients, End-User implementation of VDI Pilot, roll-out of multiple software upgrades.

I was tasked with the upkeep and repair of the computer labs in the libraries. Daily tasks included troubleshooting and repairing desktop PCs, network printers, scanners, and projectors, management of both software and hardware inventories, and regular maintenance of the computer labs through various tools such as Ghost imaging and some active directory.
