Headend Field Manager
To provide leadership and strategic direction to a regional team, providing “day to day” management and escalation for the team whilst developing and enhancing operational processes, procedures and technical solutions to significantly improve operational effectiveness and both internal and external customer service.Take full responsibility for all team management activities. Including the development and management of Team Briefings, Training Schedules, Performance Reviews, Team Discipline, Quality Audits, Health & Safety Issues, Capex and Opex control (Budget of £1.7M) and any local processes and procedures. Working closely with Senior Managers and Heads of Department from all areas, but particularly Regional Access, NMC's, Service Management, Focus on Faults, Access Network Engineering, Platform Engineering, Business Transformation Group and Regional Ops and Logistics to develop customers focused and highly effective operating models and SLAs.To manage the team to provide a 24-hour call out resource and ensure that all faults are rectified/escalated within agreed SLAs. Produce fault reports and action plans to ensure that Platform performance can be monitored and optimised.
