With a solid academic foundation and a keen interest in driving innovation and technology transfer, I embarked on my educational journey in Physics at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh), where I am also doing my MSc in "Nanoscience & Nanotechnology". My introduction to the world of nanotechnology began at the Nanotechnology Lab "LTFN" of AUTh, where I contributed to the "RealNano" EU Project, funded under HORIZON EU 2020. During this period, I focused on the development of organic, flexible, fully-printed electrochemical biosensors for the detection of Cardiac Troponin and Glucose, illustrating my commitment to cutting-edge research and development.Transitioning to the Technology Transfer Office of AUTh, my current workplace, has provided me with the opportunity to contribute significantly to consulting AUTh research teams on innovation exploitation and dissemination. Additionally, I have played a pivotal role in shaping HORIZON Europe proposals by contributing concepts, drafts, and exploitation plans, highlighting my strategic mindset and ability to drive impactful change. My responsibilities also include patent mapping and analysis, empowering research teams to understand technology trends and realign their focus for greater success.Through these experiences, I have cultivated a keen interest in technology transfer, innovation exploitation, business administration, and business development. I am driven by the opportunity to bridge the gap between academia and industry, facilitating the commercialization of cutting-edge research and driving strategic growth. My background in R&D combined with my passion for driving commercialization and strategic growth positions me as a professional ready to make a meaningful impact in the dynamic field of technology transfer and business development.Looking ahead, I am eager to leverage my expertise and transition towards a career focused on technology transfer, innovation exploitation, and business development. I am confident that my unique blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills will enable me to thrive in this exciting and challenging field. On myself (besides work):I was born in the small city of Kastoria, Greece.During my school years I have shown interest in Mathematics, Physics and Economics.I chose to study Physics because of the many different fields it consists of.My outside interests include: studying history, reading books, drawing architecture, going out, and gaming.
