Conduct research and development, design/implement new ideas and develop into products in order to continuously improve the web application’s data support for in-flight connectivity (IFC), and in-flight entertainment (IFE), and other services. Develop proprietary monitoring and reporting as well as data analytics to continuously improve Global Eagle’s data platform. Oversee, manage, maintain and upgrade a database with a growth rate of over 50 terabytes per year.
