As a training manager, I was accountable for all training output, along with ensuring my team adhered to necessary procedures, complied with risk assessments and maintained airworthiness standards during the teaching of all practical engineering phases. I also identified shortfalls in training capabilities so as not to affect delivery of courseware, maintaining strict control over all instructor competencies and KPIs; and further aimed to enhance their continued professional development through training opportunities. To control multiple information types, I designed bespoke spreadsheets for ease of use by multiple-engineering staff and executives, highlighting manning data sets and competency shortfalls to better prioritise manpower and distribute resources accordingly. This involved all arrangements for aircraft flight planning, serviceability and airworthiness of all completed works prior to legal certification and coordination of engineering paperwork.

Within this role I was responsible for the assurance of quality and overall operational continuity of a busy engineering training establishment with customers based throughout the UK and Overseas.
