Currently oversee all HR shared services for the 18,000 employees of Catholic Health, including Benefits & Compensation.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Expanded institutional buy-in to broaden efforts related to equity and inclusion, and diversity, that demonstrated Maimonides Medical Center’s commitment to building an inclusive, diverse environment for patients, employees, and its community. Currently hold a leadership role on the Health Equity Council of Catholic Health and lead the organization's efforts to apply these same values our employees. Leadership & Transformation: Spearheaded multiple team-based projects with far reaching organizational impact at Maimonides, including an HR transformation project and a Maimonides Workforce Support initiative to address the mental health impact of COVID. Currently lead similar transformational efforts at Catholic Health, leading multi-disciplinary teams to improve space optimization, position control, operations and health equity.Problem Solving & Mediation: Established and facilitated organization-wide and departmental forums for labor leaders, chief executives, managers, and frontline staff at Maimonides Medical Center to resolve conflicts and jointly problem-solve. Currently support local HR leaders from across the Catholic Health system to resolve conflicts arising out of our team of 18,000 employees.
