Together we form partnerships, so that more African farmers can grow their own futures, and then share that knowledge with at least 3 close neighbours – creating a Ripple Effect.I believe in locally-led development, the power of hope, and the benefit of evidence-based decision making. I am keen to learn from others and open to exploring innovative and entrepreneurial approaches.I am grateful for many opportunities to gain experience throughout my career, training as a Chartered Accountant, 15 years in Children’s Publishing with many special International partners, and working and volunteering for organisations whose purposes are aligned around ways to end poverty, reduce inequality, and build confident, thriving and resilient communities. I am also grateful to all those who have mentored me during my career, and am keen to pass on what I have learned.
