East Intercourse Island Stacker

→ Responsible for the de-construction of seven tripper rollers and three stackers, as well as escorting oversized loads at the operating iron ore facility that are 25 meters long and eight meters wide.→ Effectively controlling the movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings and confined spaces, as well as dismantling and storing the equipments after its usage.→ Overseeing the day-to-day operations such as placing oversized loads off from the truck trailers into module stools by using hydraulic power packs and loads up to 150 tones.→ Lifting, Assembly, and Dual Lifts working with a range of cranes including 400t Demag Crawler and 350t Liebherr Hydraulic Crane.→ Developing tools and plug-ins to optimize the rigging workflow.→ Supporting teams in the planning and compiling of High Risk and Low Risk lift evaluations for lifting operations.→ Responsible for selecting gear such as pulleys and chain blocks to lift loads according to schedules.→ Ensuring consistent inspection of all lifting gear prior to use.→ Conducting daily inspections and pre-starts of various plant and machinery and carrying out simple maintenance including report any faults or due services. → Developing JHA’s JSA, SWMS and other hazard analysis documents.→ Responsible for adherence to Goodline and Rio Tinto’s OHS & Environmental procedures, ensuring that safety policies and procedures are strictly complied with and actively partake in toolbox and safety meetings.

Amrun Project

Roy Hill Project

→ Responsible for the supervision and coaching of a team of riggers, boilermakers and crane operators with a scope of work including 220 piles and 80 headstocks required for the construction of 1km Ship Loading Wharf.→ Managed all anchors and barge moves, working with anchor handling vessels and heavy service work boats.→ Arranged dumb barge arrivals to and from working barges in high tidal area.→ Organising all rigging work scopes including recruiting correct crews, to pitch and drive 60m piles (50t).→ Liaising with surveyors to set up piling template frames working to tight tolerances.→ Delivering work scopes to fabricators and boilermakers for headstock fit outs including 90t Dolphin Builds.→ Supporting teams in the planning and compiling of High Risk and Low Risk lift evaluations for lifting operations.→ Responsible for selecting gear such as pulleys and chain blocks to lift loads according to schedules.→ Ensuring consistent inspection of all lifting gear prior to use.→ Developing JHA’s JSA, SWMS and other hazard analysis documents.→ Conducting daily inspections and pre-starts of various plant and machinery and carrying out simple maintenance including report any faults or due services. → Responsible for adherence to McConnell Dowell and Roy Hill OHS & Environmental procedures, ensuring that safety policies and procedures are strictly complied with and actively partake in toolbox and safety meetings.

→ Supported the installation of cyclone moorings for 18 floating plant, including; 10 x Class II moorings, 7 x Class III moorings and 1 x Class IV moorings.→ Anchor handling duties on jack-up vessel and dumb barges.→ Rigging duties to support pile top drilling rigs including drilling, chemical anchor installations and grouting works.→ Lifting of loads of materials and equipment to and from the dive support vessel (Skandi Falcon).→ Lead dogman for lifting crews to and from jack-up vessel to designated crew transfer vessels in open ocean.→ Maintained safe and timely delivery of TT7A and TT7B transfer towers for the project.→ Construction and deconstruction of 400t Crawler Crane and 2480 Favco Tower Cranes.→ Conducting daily inspections and pre-starts of various plant and machinery and carrying out simple maintenance including report any faults or due services. → Developing JHAs, JSAs, SWMSs and other hazard analysis documents.→ Responsible for adherence to McConnell Dowell and BMA OHS & Environmental procedures, ensuring that safety policies and procedures are strictly complied with and actively partake in toolbox and safety meetings.
