Senior engineer in the technical services team operating in an ITIL environment supporting Oasis Stores and Warehouse client systems, including over 60 Windows Servers, VMware , Microsoft Windows Active-Directory / group-policy environment and infrastructure applications deployed across several multi-tenanted data centres; support of MPLS network connected head-office sites, end user equipment and applications, as well as store based EPOS systems.
