I joined CSTIM Ltd in 2002 and managed a range of assignments for ‘Traditional’ asset managers and Hedge Funds. CSTIM was acquired by Morse in 2004. In 2006 Morse created a number of individual ‘Practices’ in the UK – orientated around sub sets of the Asset Management industry’s value chain. The objective was to create dedicated teams focussed on client delivery, proposition development and run these as businesses within a business. I was appointed head of the ‘Manufacturing Practice’ – with responsibility for a team of over 17 consultants. I became a Partner at Morse in 2006 and, in addition to leading the Manufacturing Practice and delivering client assignments, I had a range of responsibilities within the UK matrix management structure, including people management, business development and client relationship management.
