Navis Pack & Ship is a business focused on mid-level packaging and shipping needs, sitting in a market niche between parcel stores (which deal with very small shipments) and large moving firms, which are often not a good fit for medium-sized shipments whose arrival is time-sensitive. My role: Managed the daily operations of the business, from order price estimation to warehouse quality contrrol. Developed market share in a variety of market segments through excellent customer service and flexible pricing models. Trained warehouse employees and managed each customer's order to ensure quality delivery and on-time arrival.

Managed teams of software developers and technical architecture designers. Led technical design work, coordinating with database and user interface design leads. Designed internal and external integration points for technical architecture components (i.e. the interfaces with the user interface and database for the application as well as between it and legacy applications as needed).

Wrote a paper and several explanatory articles about quantum encryption (using polarization of light) of optical data transmissions.
