For me, ‘sales’ was a part-time job that very quickly turned into a full-time devotion. Over 20 years’ later, still captivated and excited by the thrill of customer acquisition and development, I have built a successful career in sales leadership, building, growing and improving a customer-centred business from start-up to a multimillion-dollar revenue entity. As a sales executive and entrepreneur, my primary focus has always been on getting customer relationships and service delivery right. Building iGroup from the ground up into a 120-person operation, I bring lateral thinking to my role in defining strategies and value propositions that take market share and build profit performance. I leverage commercial acumen, creative insight and relentless determination to embrace and drive change in the increasingly ‘online’ business environment.
