Started work at William Adams Clayton in the purchasing department in 1985 and worked in various positions in parts department and finally in new equipment build up.Working within the Caterpillar system gave me a fabulous suite of skills from sales, organization, time management, the environment in which I worked was always a positive one despite ups and downs in the economy. I owe a great deal to those who I had the pleasure of working with at William Adams.In 1992 I started a business with my brother in law and called the "Sticker Men" which later as we grew became Super Signs Australia.I had moved from the earthmoving to the sign industry. With my knowledge of construction equipment and Wayne’s expertise in the sign industry our partnership flourished. In 1994 we developed Australia’s first mobile sign company, converting our old Mazda van into a sign studio & production facility. We added a "dog wash" high roof and installed computers, benches and vinyl cutters.
