Paul has 25 years of experience in driving strategic change including program management, process improvement, product development, supply chain management, and systems implementation, with high-technology and life sciences companies throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Paul is a member of DBI Network, a global management consulting network combining specialized firms and industry leading, independent advisors.Paul Terdal began his consulting career at PRTM Management Consultants, LLC in 1998, before leaving in 2003 to serve as a Visiting Professor of Non-Profit Management at the Ukrainian Catholic University in L’viv, Ukraine. Paul has continued to work as a management consultant since 2004, both independently and in collaboration with other firms.Prior to his consulting career, Paul managed the engineering, customer support, and manufacturing departments for Wygant Scientific, a telecommunications equipment company; he led numerous mission-critical IT systems development and implementation projects for both private and public sector clients. Paul was also the Associate Director for the Reed College Nuclear Reactor Facility, a scientific research facility. Paul has been a guest lecturer at Harvard University, Autism Law Summit, PDMA, and other forums.Paul earned his MBA from the Yale School of Management, a ScM in Engineering from Brown University, and a BA in Physics from Reed College.
