Responsibility included warehouse/distribution operations, facility maintenance group, customer service function, inventory control operations. - Warehouse/Distribution operations - lead the operations required to distribute $250mm worth of products to customers throughout the US and internationally. Customers included retail customers of corporate owed/operated store, world wide independent furniture retailers and worldwide commercial hospitality customers- Facility Maintenance - lead operations built new, renovated and maintained facility infrastructure for the corporation. Facilities included (2) manufacturing facilities, (3) warehouse locations, (16) retail stores around the US.- Customer Service - lead customer service efforts which supported company retail stores, independent world wide furniture retailers as well as commercial hospitality customers.- Inventory Control - lead group to monitor and ensure company inventory policies are defined and upheld through the organization. Perform annual inventories reporting to executive staff accuracy levels by location as well as identifying concerns along with recommendations for improvement.
