As Head of Operations, I am responsible for a large and diverse group of Engineers. I am a great communicator and experienced with presenting at all levels within organisations. I pride myself on very strong work ethics, and I will always lead by example for my team, from both a Technical and Leadership perspective.Creating a culture of continual development and growth for your team, and giving them the freedom and autonomy to deliver against smart objectives, forms part of the recipe towards building a highly engaged team, which is one of many metrics I use to measure myself, as an effective leader. I have extensive experience within the FMCG and Pharmaceutical industries , from both an Engineering Leadership and Project Management perspective. I have led single projects up to a value of approx. £30M which included the design & construction of new production facility. Responsibility for large portfolios of capital investment across multiple factories, to support strong growth targets against challenging deadlines.
