Maintain high standards in delivery with awareness of the need to deliver services to budget and on time. I work directly with NEP core staff including Technical Managers, internal crewing and facilities staff to develop all the necessary documentation to support the client brief and help ensure the correct resources are allocated in a timely manner for any given project. Organise / attend production and technical meetings where required and make sure all crew are aware of their duties for the project as well as other related information such as NEP's WHS requirements are adhered to as well as any other procedures required by clients, venues and other stakeholders. Following each project I collate information such as Technical Manager Reports, Equipment Malfunction Reports and ensure any follow up actions are processed, as well as cost management and invoicing of jobs to clients. I also build quotations for productions and hire of studios and equipment and respond to client queries pertaining to invoicing and costs.I have exceptional customer service skills and strong communication skills both verbal and written. I also have excellent time and task management, strong attention to detail, am process driven, can work as part of a small or large team or individually, have a strong desire to continue to learn new things and new skills and a keen willingness to advance.I am passionate and absolutely love working in Broadcast Television and have enjoyed an extensive career in a variety of roles and have been lucky to experience and witness first hand world changing events and travel extensively. Assisting the Logistics and Facilities Managers to ensure the on time delivery & collection of Outside Broadcast studio and grip trucks, equipment and freight. Allocate Heavy Vehicle Roster to Drivers within NHVR laws, complete drivers monthly roster and weekly payroll, organise, book and reconcile travel arrangements. Liaise with production managers, technical staff and facilities staff to coordinate vehicle movements in line with production expectations.
