- Currently manage all aspects of the operation of a town of 1,850 with 18 full-time employees and an average annual combined budget of ~$6M- Responsible for accounts payable, utility management & rate analysis, emergency management, interviewing & hiring, payroll, benefits administration, capital replacement planning, safety programs, website updates, emergency notification system, policy creation, public relations, budgeting, financial reporting, project management, utility management and Federal & State reporting- Develop and balance long-term strategies for debt, capital asset management and operations against projected budgets- Projects managed include water, sewer, roads, levee, business park/residential development and municipal pool- >$7.5M- Obtained and managed ~$4.2M in grant awards and ~$1.9M in Federal loans- Regularly present supporting arguments for grant applications in-person to the Wyoming Business Council and the Wyoming State Loan and Investments Board- Frequently liaise with State and Federal agencies (FEMA, USACE, USDA & BLM)
