Responsible for strategic development of sport at university driving income streams, marketing and branding of sport, facility operations and developments and all programmes including performance sport agenda. Head of Sports Development overseeing all programmes relating to developing student experience and employability through sports programme delivery. Ranging from Elite sport programmes including TASS and scholarships, through to volunteering, coach education and community engagement. During this period I was also the Assistant Director supporting the management and direction of the Sports service.
