Reporting into the CIO, I am accountable for the Information Security and Technology Governance teams and the oversight and governance of these disciplines across the business.

Reporting into the Corporate Governance function my key task is to manage the Information Security risk across the First Central Group of companies and am responsible for setting and delivering the Group Information Security Strategy. I also lead the Group Information Security and Business Continuity teams whilst supporting the business in a consultative.

Responsible for the Managed Service provided to our customer, including DaaS, PaaS, Infrastructure & Service Delivery teams, as well as Group Information Security.

Overall responsibility for the Systems & Security Teams, Cloud Services team and Information Security.This includes IT, Firewalls, internal and externally facing Cloud Services for the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.Also responsible for Information Security strategy and implementation, including PCI and ISO 27001 compliance.

Overall responsibility for network change authority, acceptance, release and vendor management. Also responsible for 24/7 Network Operations Centre and Internet Support services.

Overall responsibility for the operations of Cable and Wireless Data Centres, Internet backbone, associated IP Networks, ISP and associated infrastructure in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Also responsible for the Network Operations Centre and Internet support services.
