As a project leader specialising in retail fit-outs, my priority is making life easier for my clients.Back in 2019, I started Retail Connection as a way to even the scales in a complex industry flooded with drama and noise. I realised from years of working with shopfitting contractors that no one along the journey was looking out for the clients – and this meant way too many lost opportunities and unnecessary investments.At Retail Connection, we don’t just manage all the details involved – we advocate for better commercial outcomes for our clients from day one. From the big questions – like understanding the local market – to the little details – like where it’s possible to shave off construction costs – we support faster, smoother journeys every step of the way. Since my very first job as a cabinetmaker apprentice, I’ve been attracted to work that puts quality and authenticity first. Now, my focus is bringing the fit-out industry down to earth.
