Lead the Human Reources project for the Year 7 transition to high school. I lead a small team of focussed, agile and responsive Human Resource professionals across the state charged with the responsibility of ensuring the workforce is ready for the most significant change in QLD Education in 40 years.My Key Areas of Expertise are;- Effective Workforce Planning in a large, diversified and geographically challenging landscape in the state of QLD- Developing future Recruitment Strategies for the movement of potentially thousands of employees in the next 3 to 4 years.- Lead critical analysis of Workforce impacts on the Year 7 transtion to High School and develop opportunities and strategies for employees and schools.- Project Manage all Workforce issues across the state through this implementation.- Build critical internal and External networks to help deliver this significant change across over 1300 work sites.- Lead consultation processes with key stakeholders on this transtion.- Provide strong governance during this significant period of change.

Develop the knowledge of key business stakeholders and build their confidence and enthusiasm for the latest HR technology implementation. Hearing people's issues and needs is an important skill not always well understood.
