- Test planning.- Test case creation/maintenance and execution.- Defect identification.- Defects reporting.- Defects management.- Client assistance by providing detailed application presentations on specific functionalities (either through the Customer support department connection or directly with the customer).- Coordinating with the Business Analysts before and during the testing process (meetings with the analyst and the developer where the new functionality was presented).- Coordinating with the development department (located both on-site and offshore) during the testing process.- Run different test types: functional testing, regression testing, black box testing, end to end testing, sanity testing, smoke testing, exploratory testing, negative testing, usability testing, acceptance testing, system testing.- Onsite support for FOX Sports Channels in Amsterdam (Pebble Beach Playout center). - Onsite support for FOX Latin America in Buenos Aires (Fox International Channels headquarters). - Provide test reports on a daily basis.- Slightly management experience.- The testing methodology used is Waterfall
