I am a database architect with specialty in Database Design, Implementation and Management. I also carryout system analysis and design with UML using procedural and object oriented approach. My responsibilities in the role of system analyst are writing use case descriptions, use case diagrams, class diagrams etc. My experience in the field of databases has taught me that the success of database driven applications and most especially structured database lies in good database design and database structure. Working with various software development teams has made me play other roles like developing front-end (user interface) using HTML, CSS and Bootstrap and programming the backend logic using PHP. My role is not limited to the production environment but extends to capacity building where I develop training and user documentation and advise clients on these technologies as a Subject Matter Expert. I have also trained several individuals and organizations using the following mediums; in-person, virtual and blended.
