Paul is a Partner who leads KPMG in Canada's Turnaround & Restructuring service line, supporting clients with a variety of services from restructuring, crisis/risk management, M&A, financing, performance improvement/cost reduction, and change management. Paul has been involved in a number of engagements across many industries including mining, financial services, gaming and casinos, construction, life sciences, manufacturing, aerospace, food and beverage, and automotive. Paul has appeared as in expert witness in both Canadian and US insolvency proceedings and has lead high-profile and complex restructurings, such as Barzel Industries, Japan Airlines, CPI Plastics, and Comstock Engineering.
