About Paul Van Zuijlen

As plastic surgeon and head of a burn centre I enjoy working with many different disciplines on complex cases and consider myself a bridge builder between clinical care and science from bench to bedside. My research interests are innovations in healthcare, complexity science, tissue engineering for burn reconstruction, computer modelling, developing and validating assessment tools for wound and scar assessment.
