Evika is a consulting firm dedicated to product and market data and strategies for Assistive Devices. We work with strategic healthcare and non-profit partners to deliver 360-degree product insights and data-driven recommendations for assistive device manufacturers.

After successfully creating a Support and After Sales Marketing department for Clearpath Robotics' Research Division, I was asked to kickstart the OTTO Motors Support department. As OTTO was already in production and being sold, the pressure was on to be fast and fruitful. My tasks included creating and refining process, managing customers' needs, automating ticketing and knowledge sharing, asset tracking and maintenance work cycles, managing service partner relations, etc. My team grew quickly to about 15 people, ranging from marketers and copywriters to technicians to front line support, creating a highly capable, multi-disciplinary team.

During my time in the Europe, I was able to help Clearpath develop business relationships, activate program marketing in Europe, and analyze the European market for academic and research robotics.

As the Clearpath customer base grew, it became more and more apparent that the Support (Client Success) program needed to scale accordingly. It was my vision to bring Support out of the Engineering department and bring it closer to the Growth teams. I took a marketing centric approach to Support; in my opinion Support is the #1 customer retention tool, especially for high-tech-high-engagement products such as Robotics. Bringing Support under the Growth umbrella was wildly successful, and repeat customers quickly overtook new business acquisition.

During my role as Marketing Manager I oversaw a large digital overhaul, including a new website, community strategy, multimedia content, and online advertising approach.

As Marketing Coordinator, I took a more active role in creating our product and corporate marketing strategy and executing this in the form of managing all marketing programs, and executing on them.

As the first dedicated Marketer for the then small startup Clearpath Robotics, I was responsible for coordinating all Marketing activities. Some of these programs include setting up marketing campaigns such as tradeshow, online ads, (open-source) community outreach programs, and managing the corporate brand and messaging.
