Possesses a strong work ethic and communication skills.As a founding pastor of our church in 2001, I have overseen our video and audioproduction. In 2020, like many others, we started live-streaming our services. Iran lead on purchasing equipment, setting up cameras, switchers, streamingservices, and destinations. In addition, I have recruited four volunteer directorsand seven volunteer camera operators to produce our live stream for our kids,youth, and Sunday services. I strongly value our youth getting involved in ministry, which has led to 90% of my team is under the age of 20.I currently oversee IT, live and post video production, media, and facilities at the Flipside Church. Working for a church, I highly rely on volunteers and building teams in everythingwe do. I had grown the most in this area when I oversaw our kids and familyministry for seven years. We grew from 10 monthly volunteers to over 100 weeklycommitments in just a few years. We have several ministry and event teams aswell. The ministry eventually quadrupled in size, leading to our new kid's spacebuild-out (6 classrooms and a worship center) that I also oversaw.
