Accountable for leading the development and execution of the marketing and commercial strategies for Blue Sky Soda and Hansen’s Soda brands. Responsible for the creation of brand marketing programs that drive brand discovery, trial and build a strong consumer emotional connection to the brands. Heavy focus on digital, social and experiential field marketing.

Overseeing the entire integrated marketing communications process – from creative brief definition to evaluation of creative materials from our packaging, media, digital, design and experiential agencies. Provide effective direction to the creative process in collaboration with brand, social, experiential, commercial, and agency teams. Creating Brand Vision Architecture with the brand teams, and bringing creativity to bear on this process - challenging traditional thinking around the category, the consumer, the creative context and the competitive set.

Responsible for LATAM brand management by creating and developing strategies, content, product, and communication assets that helped drive product sell in and sell through. Worked closely with country managers and a broad group of cross-functional US based partners, from commercialization and design, legal and regulatory, to branding and finance among many others, to guide programs and products focusing on delivering a successful go-to-market plan.

Led and managed Hansen’s Juice business from 2009 to 2012 and the carbonated soda business starting 2013. Responsible for growth and profitability through managing the development and implementation of all marketing plans and objectives. Worked with cross-functional teams including, Sales, Finance, Creative Services and External Agencies.

Led and managed the development of marketing plans and objectives for the introduction of the LALA brand into the U.S. Worked with cross-functional teams including, Sales, Product Development, Finance, and External Agencies to achieve launching 32 products in 8 US markets and growing sales from 0 to 50MM in three years.
