-Implemented the policies and procedures for the Estate department -Responsible for contacting the beneficiaries for deceased accounts, mailing the pertinent paperwork toconvert the account from the name of the deceased to the beneficiary, compiling the paperwork whenit is returned, and opening an account in the name of the beneficiary-As the Principal of the group, I was responsible for contacting the beneficiaries to gather suitabilityinformation for the new account

-Responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of 15 associates in assisting customers on generalcustomer service issues on both E*Trade Bank and Brokerage accounts in a Call Center environment-Used experience and knowledge from working in Operations to act as a liaison between Customer Service and Operations department-Conduct research and resolution efforts for high value client escalations

Supervised the Operations Service research associates whose primary functions were to provide service to Financial Service Representatives calling the Operations queue-Queue covered: TOA, Margin, Corporate Actions/Reorganization, Stock Transfer, Mutual Funds,Bank, Account Services -Act as liaison between Customer Service and Operations -Handled escalated Research & Resolution cases utilizing ADP, DTC and extensive knowledge of Middle Office Services-Designated contact for high value client escalations

-Supervised the Research team to investigate customer inquiries -Prioritized, analyzed and resolved time sensitive customer escalations-Utilized my knowledge of Operations to lead team through investigations -Reviewed and approved Brokerage Accounts, Options Trading Accounts, and IRA Accounts, in coordination with the New Accounts Department -Initiated MarketPort, a direct access trading interface, and marketed this program,to high volume traders-processed trades and provided customer service for users of MarketPort -Trained and integrated ten associates whose purpose was to process orders for the CSFBdirectECN/Online trading desk -Initiated a 24/7 Customer Service shift and providedcustomer service and processed trades for clients
