Paul is the CEO of Chatham Park Development, a company specializing in urban residential and mixed-use real estate projects, hotels, and emerging market renewable energy projects. He also serves as the President of Dumbleton Hall Hotel Company Holdings, which develops and invests in destination boutique lifestyle hotels. With over thirty years of experience in investment research and portfolio management, Paul spent 20 years leading the WEDGE Mid Cap Value fund, guiding it from its inception in 1995 to nearly $5 billion in assets under management. As a top-decile performer recognized for consistent alpha generation, he was named Pension & Investments PSN Top Gun of the Decade for delivering consistent market-beating results. Paul achieved the highest 20-year returns of any portfolio manager in the institutional US Mid Cap Value equities space. Additionally, he invests in international and alternative assets, including start-ups, venture capital, and impact investments. Paul also serves on the boards of Sunsteppe Renewable Energy and Magnostics.Paul earned the CFA charter and has earned degrees from Indiana University (B.A. Economics), DePaul University (M.A. Economics), New York University/LSE/HEC (Trium Global Executive MBA), and University of Oxford (M.S. Major Programme Management), as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Strategy from Oxford, where he also studied Impact Investing, Real Estate, and Private Equity.
