I have over 9 years of experience working in the corrections and justice industry. Currently, I work as a Senior Associate I Planner/ Project Manager providing services such as project management, program management, construction management, space planning/programming, need assessments, operational reviews and master planning. I work with both state and local agencies of all sizes to provide solutions to the changing needs of the justice industry. Through my experience, I am able to provide clients an outside perspective from a national level by providing the current and future trends of the justice industry. Implementing new ideas is an important step in the planning process which assists in laying a solid foundation to any project. My leadership skills assist in accomplishing the goals and timelines for all stakeholders involved throughout the entire project.
