My name is Paul Weisenberger and I am pursuing a BioMedical Engineering Degree as a freshmen at EvCC.I chose this path because I've always held a fascination for upgrading any and everything. From a young age I've been enthralled by technology, not only because it can be used to better your life but because technology itself can be upgraded to adapt and grow. As a child I idolized robots who could perform functions perfectly with unparalleled accuracy and speed. This fascination eventually manifested a want to upgrade the human body which in turn lead me to BioMedical Engineering. I plan to work with prosthetics in the future and hope that one day I can make bodily upgrades available to the common person. As a magnum opus, I hope to one day make a robotic eye that can transmit high resolution image to the brain. Accuracy and quality are my primary target when designing anything.
