By aligning marketing strategies with the CRM, we optimized inquiry rates and elevated brand awareness, driving more effective engagement and sales outcomes.

Ensuring the successful implementation and continuous growth of the Autopia Novated leasing platform across a wide range of SME throughout Australia.Providing support on a technical level regarding FBT & luxury vehicle taxation. Being a point of escalation for all clients and ensuring satisfactory service levels are maintained. Ensuring all contracts are maintained up to date and clients are retained.

During this period several company acquisitions where made by Smartgroup to accelerate company growth, with the majority of leasing brands dissolved and clients segregated throughout the group. My role was to re-contract and onboard all clients inherited by Autopia on to our platform and ensure a successful migration. This involved in-depth meetings with all clients right through the process to ensure retention and success.

Creating and leading a sales support team. Starting with a team of 2 this was increased to 5, taking key tasks off the sales team increasing their capacity as a team. -Created a training programme /platform to easily induct employees. -Successfully inducted and trained new team members. -Successfully implemented a retention program. -Successfully implement a settlements team to lodge and settle deals on behalf of the sales consultants, driving up efficiencies of the consultant’s team. -Mentored and implemented development plans for employees to ensure customer satisfaction was increased. -Undertook performance reviews for individuals. -Created initiative ways to encourage staff to meet their targets and deadlines and recognised star performers.

Autopia management is a national salary packaging company. We are market leaders in the corporate sector with several high profile clients like Google & realestate.com. We also hold a heavy presence in the mining industry in WA, construction and medical companies nationally. My role involves analysis of the customer circumstances to determine the most tax effective leasing products, lease term and car to meet their needs. I preparing and present quotes to the customers conducting a consultation over the phone. Securing the sale involves using a consultative and personalised sales approach. I manage the end to end process ensuring timely settlement and delivery of cars, breaking down complex problems that arise to meet the expectations of the client and the business.I also managing a portfolio of over 400 individual corporate drivers with their daily vehicle related enquiries. I drive strong client retention with end of lease follow up and maintain a strong relationship with fleet managers to leverage a dealer discount for our clients.
