He is responsible for ensuring that all retail stores provide an environment where customers have a great shopping experience and employees have a great place to work. He leads a team of over 100 who are responsible for executing over 350,000 work orders a year and executed hundreds of remodel and special projects globally. His work supports an operating team of 70,000+ people and 500,000,000+ annual customer visits across 500+ locations in 20+ countries around the world.

Lead a team of over 40 individuals who are responsible for the upkeep of Apple stores spread across 24 countries. Responsible for ensuring that these stores consistently represent the brand. Dotted line oversight of 500 plus facilities team members based in each store. Responsible for overseeing technology related to Preservation / Facilities ensuring that the store lifecycle process is fully functional. Fully accountable for the global budget and other KPIs relative to managing a global fleet of stores.

Established the procurement arm for Apple Retail Preservation to source global services for 500 stores in 24 countries. Built a team of Procurement professionals and established a procurement policy and processes.

Retail consultant with a focus on operations primarily related to Real Estate, Development, Facilities Management, Sourcing and Procurement. Support Retailers who need expertise in developing a long term strategy for most Development functions related to Facilities, build, 5 year plans, improving the overall image of the Facilities team, growing an effective internal procurement team.

President of (PRSM) Professional Retail Maintenance Organization. Lead the PRSM Board of Directors for 2 terms, 2010 and 2012. Released inaugural best practices publication. Launched numerous committees including International, Sourcing, Alliances, Procurement as well as pioneered leadership development within the retail facilities industry.

Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of over 3000 stores across 5 brands including Old Navy, Banana Republic, Athleta, Gap & Outlet from 2003 to 2008. Responsible for Strategic Sourcing (indirect) related to Corporate Services, Real Estate, IT, Energy, Waste, Facilities & Construction. Introduced Consortium Sourcing and developed a non merchandise policy for real estate and development procurement activities.

Managed the IT function for a $100 million national elevator / escalator company. Revamped IT Department, Implemented major ERP system, Launched national sales and workflow management software to support the growth and expansion of the business. Instrumental in M&A activities for the company during this time.
