Accountable for safety, custom crushing projects, estimating, project bids, production, monthly/annual P&L, financial reporting, job cost and profit analysis. Plant and heavy equipment planned maintenance and repair schedules along with plant mobilizations. Developed and maintained solid relationships with county and city government personnel on product quality assurance programs and permits. Represented the company at city and county planning commission meetings along with commercial and residential developers. Implemented a mobilization budget template for the portable operation along with production/sales tracking database.ISN Aggregates-Boulder Ranch Quarry:General Manager of a 650-acre sand/gravel quarry surface operation. Production of washed and dry aggregates. I was challenged to reduce overall costs and improve productivity within operations. Implemented labor cost tracking and schedules to reduce overtime and improved the teamwork of the department managers. Accountable for hourly employees, 3 managers, supported 3 sales representatives and multiple departments. Responsible for safety, inventory, monthly/annual P&L, budgets, fixed assets, depreciation, mine planning, quality control and reporting.
