● Manage a variety of IT Consumer based & IT infrastructure projects including AV systems, Security Systems from inception to completion, identify and analyse core requirements and key features of projects● Manage the insights of managers, directors and stakeholders, helping to ensure all parties agreed with the current scope and roadmap of projects● Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders; ensure resource availability and allocation● Use appropriate processes and procedures to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs● Play a key role within client and stakeholder meetings; utilising negotiation and influencing skills to gather client requirements and gain project/idea buy in from senior members of the team● Provide weekly progress reports to highlight any risks or issues to key deliverables● Manage stakeholder relationships with internal departments as required during the project lifecycle● RAID Management risk identification through workshops and regular reviews, tracking, reporting and escalation● Oversee all project accounting and associated budget control to ensure revenue and margin targets are met● Deliver 3rd Line Technical support for Network Environment, VoIP and IT support● Utilise technical knowledge to research new technologies to meet customer deliverables
