I led all communications strategy for the menswear business at MATCHESFASHION amplifying coverage and reach with over 50% growth year-on-year. I explored new digital and influencer channels, and created menswear, womenswear and homeware activations. In this role I created stories to support brand launches and partnerships, business initiatives, corporate communications and stakeholder development. Global media share of voice was an essential requirement of all activations and I managed seven global agencies (USA, Australia, Middle East, South Korea, Hong Kong, Germany and France) and a corporate communications office in London. • 82% Year on Year coverage growth (2019 - 2020) • Launched new business categories including Homewares and Sustainable Edit• Focused strategy on emerging designers, localised events and cultural partnerships provided a point of difference in a competitive landscape• Part of MatchesMob, the internal business initiative created to drive charity outreach and fundraising, develop staff culture and rewards, and to drive more sustainable business practice

As founding Head of PR I led the communications strategy and created internal infrastructure, launching MR PORTER with a remit to create global brand awareness. All PR activations were required to reach beyond traditional media and encompass brand partners, corporate sponsors and customers across all business channels. At ASOS I oversaw all elements of the global menswear PR campaign and managed the annual budget for all aspects of communications including the womenswear, childrenswear and maternity lines. I worked closely with the buying and design team to initiate stories, explore innovative ways to promote them and expand the men’s media database to incorporate the changing media landscape including online, blogs and influencers, all during a period of massive global growth and expansion for the ASOS business.
