Duties also included account management and business needs fact-finding, calling to discuss the client’s needs and selling both BT Phone Book print Ads and Online/New Media products such as Search Marketing pay-per-click, Google optimisation and Website management solutions. Targets are monthly and I was responsible for client account management in order to reach these targets. Committed to ‘up-selling’ BT products, I have not only reached, but have exceeded targets given to me in both numbers of customers returned and sales revenue. With publishing dates firmly set, I work strictly to deadlines and ensure paperwork is issued and returned within the dates set out.This role often includes an element of customer service/complaint handling that involves rectifying problems and communicating with the BT proofing team on the customer’s behalf.
