With over ten years senior management level experience at global FX & CFD Brokerages I have played a significant part in their success, particularly on the revenue generation side. I gained substantial experience and exposure at CMC Markets which culminated in my role as Group Head of Trading between June 2008 and September 2010, where I was responsible for a global team of over one hundred staff, split between London, Sydney, Frankfurt and Stockholm covering all aspects of client trading, market risk management and Sales Trading. I have built my career by constantly outperforming revenue targets, having had to constantly innovate and adapt trading strategies. Whilst the initial phase of my career was focused on revenue generation in terms of outperforming client flow and portfolios, my more recent focus has been on trading technology in terms of eFx-pricing, CFD pricing, design of FX and CFD platform technology, real time risk dashboards and automated execution.
