 Owner of Model office Testing and supporting both Inflight and Operation Readiness programme within SS&C. Solve logistical challenges to deliver training across and involving staff across United States, Europe, Asia, and Australasia.  Help with key in-flight processes and implement solutions for in-flight work items. On going support for live processing managing and coordinating a team responsible for live operational support and coordinating IT related system development  Liaising with both Wealth Manager and operational areas with both day to day system and operational issue across all functions. Full support for any system or procedural change and system related fixes.

Head of Registration and Settlement Processing - Within this role I am responsible for all Registration and Settlement Processing for over 35 of the UK's major fund managers. Experience includesCASS Related functions including settlement processing and regular mandate contributions Vulnerable client processing including Estate Maintenance and Legal Documentation.Change of client / agent Details FATCA and US Person details and Client creation.Oversight and Management of offshore team in India (160 staff). Working with Fund Managers directly to assist with designing and delivery of new services.

Periodic Processing including Management Fee calculation and collection, Statement production and HMRC regulatory Returns including Transaction reporting.
