Contract Position with Androit working at the John Deere assembly facility in East Moline, IL

As Assistant Coach, I work with all age groups and ability levels to teach the art and the sport of competitive swimming and sportsmanship. Nearly half my time is spent with the National and BullDog groups, the top two levels within our team. During the 2011 Summer YMCA Nationals, one of our swimmers took home two National Championships.

Improved Frame Assembly Department First Time defect rate from 480 defects per frame to 67 defects per frame within two years. Held defects to less than 67 defects per frame for the next four years without exception.
