I've worked in the Food Service / Culinary Industry for 20 years. Worked at various types of establishments including but not limited to casual dining restaurants, hotels, carry outs. Through all my experiences I've learned to prepare food safely in fast paced kitchen environments and became a key employee at each establishment. I also speak quite a bit of Spanish, though I would not consider myself fluent in Spanish, I can communicate very effectively in a Restaurant kitchen setting making it easy to work with Spanish speaking team members.
